Selling with Native Advertising

Native advertising is most applicable to your social media posts bur also very appropriate to all advertising channels..

By definition: a piece of writing or other material ..that resembles the publication's editorial content but is paid for by an advertiser and intended to promote a product or service.

Millennials and the Z generation are especially skeptical about traditional ads. We are all exposed to 4000-8000 'ads' of all kinds DAILY! And the idea works for Boomers too.

One way to break through the clutter is to design your ads with INTERESTING information that will BENEFIT THE READER and appears NOT to be a traditional 'sell' piece. Example: a recipe to pair with a wine you are promoting, a contest with features tickets to an event, a virtual tasting, a video tour of your cellars, etc.

Do remember though, you should make sure that native ads are adequately labeled and disclosed
