What to Expect:
🦪 Oysters + Sparks -Your experience begins with a 30-minute guided tasting led by Level 3 Sommelier Paige, who will introduce Sparks and its unique character. This refreshing sparkling Albariño will be perfectly paired with fresh oysters from Hil-Mak Seafood. Owner Jeff will join us to share insights on oyster varieties and flavor profiles.
🍇 Grüner Veltliner Preview- After the tasting, guests will transition to another area of the winery for a special tasting of our newest vintage of Grüner Veltliner. This crisp, expressive white wine beautifully complements the season.
🧀 Light Bites Included- Charcuterie boards will be served during the event for light snacking as you sip and savor.
