We're celebrating Ice Wine in the Grand River Valley! Kick-off Ice Wine Festival weekend with a new tapas trail the Friday evening before the festival. Start at Cask 307 or South River Vineyard and proceed on to Grand River Cellars and Debonne Vineyards for a hearty small plate and paired wine sample at each location. We've chosen a different menu each week, featuring Ice Wine! Four small plates and wine samples at four locations for $50.00 plus tax per person.

- Cask 307: Mini Ice Wine Chicken Salad Croissants
- South River Vineyard: Smoked Salmon Tartine with Lemon-Dill Yogurt Spread. Served with House-Made Pickled Vegetables.
- Grand River Cellars: Ice Wine Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Onion Pierogies.
- Debonne Vineyards: Sweet & Spicy Chicken Skewer on Glass Noodle Salad
