Chargrilled Ribeye Steak Dinner with Chef Lisa Pucci Delgado

Join us for a Chargrilled Ribeye Steak Dinner prepared on the Big Green Egg by our own locally talented chef Lisa Pucci Delgado. Each 12 ounce ribeye steak will be grilled to order so please tell us how you want your steak prepared when you order your ticket.

The dinner will include a beginning salad of mixed greens followed by your chargrilled steak grilled to perfection with an herb compound butter. The steak will be served with a baked potato with butter and sour cream and seasoned fresh green beans. The price of the dinner will include your first glass of wine.

Lisa has been in many cooking competitions across the country just returning back from a third place win in Memphis in the May BBQ competition. She also placed second in Ohio to get into the World Food Championship for the second time. Recently she placed first place in a Chef's Choice Award online cooking contest. She has appeared on the FoodNetwork's Show "CHOPPED", Fox8, Channel 5, Channel 3, and Channel 10. She has been a chef for the Cleveland Browns and other well known celebs.

On this day she will be grilling preppared to order ribeye steaks on the famous Big Green Egg grill with whom she is a culinary partner. Come and experience her talents in this special culinary event.

Live entertainment will be from 7:30 to 10:30.
